Uses enabled channels. Default series: ~7 days, day before, same-day morning, ~1 hour before.

- Week before — if the visit was booked far enough ahead
- Day before (~24h)
- Same-day morning
- ~1 hour before start
UI preferences only. Wire to port + job runner when Postgres + queue exist.
